How the estimate is calculated
Standard: one person or one pet, $35. Large: two people, or one person + one pet, $49. Add one extra person to either Large composition for $20, for a maximum of three subjects. We’ll confirm the portrait details, delivery and any additional costs before you order.

Am I booking or paying right now?
Once we receive your request, we’ll reply within 24 hours to confirm the details. No payment is collected when you submit; we’ll agree on your portrait and delivery before you place an order.
Is this the final price?
Standard is $35 for one person or one pet. Large is $49 for two people, or one person with a pet. An extra person adds $20. These prices cover a simple head-and-shoulders portrait with a plain background. We’ll confirm the portrait details and any additional costs before you order.
How will I receive my portrait?
We can arrange local delivery for nearby New York and New Jersey addresses. For locations farther away, we’ll ship your portrait. Shipping fees are charged separately. We’ll confirm your delivery option and any fees before you order.
What if I cancel a paid commission later?
If a paid commission is later agreed separately: cancellation before drawing starts receives a full refund. After drawing starts, cancellation or a change of mind, including a subjective dislike of the agreed style, does not receive a refund. If we draw the wrong subject or fail to follow the agreed specifications, we offer a redraw or full refund. These boundaries are reviewed again before work starts.
What do the examples show?
Cards marked “composition demo” are illustrative layouts, not finished Toon Me work or a promise of a particular artist’s style. Real Toon Me work can be reviewed on @toonmelab. We confirm the intended style and artist before you agree to a commission.
How do I update or withdraw my inquiry?
Email us at studio@quad-design.com or message @toonmelab. Include your inquiry number so we can find your request. You can update your portrait details, withdraw your request, or ask us to remove your contact information.
